With 30 years of hands-on experience, he provides training, coaching, and consulting across a variety of sectors. Known for his broad perspective and analytical thinking, Paul is a dynamic and engaging presenter, who combines in-depth process knowledge and pragmatic hands-on experience to offer practical solutions.
Youssef Mourra
Youssef is an experienced consultant, trainer, and presenter with expertise in portfolio, programme, and project management. He has delivered training worldwide, helping organisations achieve their strategic goals. Known for turning complex topics into accessible learning, Youssef works with all levels, from staff to board members, across various sectors and countries. He has developed a great reputation for training and presenting material in a manner that many people find engaging and entertaining.
Heather Stallmach
Heather is an experienced portfolio, programme, and project management consultant, trainer, and coach with over 25 years of experience in managing projects and programmes. She helps clients implement and embed frameworks and methodologies across various industries, including government, iwi organisations, health, and finance. Heather thrives on sharing her expertise through coaching, workshops and training.
Lesley Browne
Lesley brings over 20 years of experience as a programme scheduler, with a strong track record supporting the successful delivery of complex programmes across the public sector. Alongside her scheduling expertise, she is an experienced trainer, delivering project management best practice across both tools and processes to support effective and consistent project outcomes.
Gemma Paton
Gemma is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations, administration and web publishing. Before joining Nonsuch in 2020, she gained experience from a range of operational and coordination focused roles, building a reputation for excellent organisation, coordination and stakeholder support. As Training Lead at Nonsuch, Gemma plays a key role in enabling high quality training delivery and supporting team and client outcomes.
